General Information
Description of Program: Provides a supplemental nutrition program for women, infants, and children. This program provides nutrition counseling, classes, and checks to pay for specific WIC foods, such as infant cereal and formula, milk, eggs, juice, cereal, peanut butter, beans, carrots, and tuna fish. In addition, WIC provides farmers market checks from July-Nov 14th every year. Call for more information.

Client Information
Eligibility: Some income restrictions apply. Serves pregnant women, postpartum women up to 6 months and breastfeeding women up to one year, infants, and children under 5 years old. A person is automatically eligible if he/she receives medicaid benefits. One member of a household can make the family eligible if they receive free/reduced school lunch, head start, or food stamps.
 
Availability
Hours of Operation: Mon and Fri. 9-5, Tues and Wed. 8-5, Thurs 11-7. Call for Saturday hours.
