General Information
Description of ProgramOffers short-term care to Nassau County boys under the age of 16 who are referred by the Nassau County Family Court due to Persons in Need of Supervision (PINS) or Juvenile Delinquent (JD) offenses. Offers a full-time educational program in the on-campus school to help with a successful return to family, school and community. Services include case work counseling, 24 hour supervision, nursing services, medical care, dental care, pharmacological intervention, active family/guardian involvement, special education school setting, pastoral care, cultural activities, independent living skills training, crisis intervention, therapeutic, and a home like atmosphere with a structured, nurturing environment.
