General Information
Description of ProgramOffers physically challenged participants a competitive co-ed wheelchair basketball travel team experience that seeks to provide physical conditioning, sportsmanship, teamwork, and the knowledge that the players hard work will equal their own success. Provides exposure to collegiate wheelchair programs and stresses that a college education leads to gainful employment. Seeks to create the competitive spirit in its players that will serve them both on the court and throughout their lives. Call for further information.

EligibilityYouth ages 6-21, male and female, that are physically challenged. Must have a permanent physical disability that renders them unable to compete equally with peers in "stand-up basketball". Requires proof of age, parental consent, physician consent and physician proof of disability. Serves Nassau & Suffolk counties and the metro tri-state area.
