EligibilityPersons that meet the HUD definition of Homeless: Category 1 - Literally Homeless in a place not meant for human habitation or temporary shelter for homeless persons; Category 2 - Imminent Risk of Homelessness, residence to be lost within 14 days and no where to go and no resources; Category 3 - Unaccompanied Youth under age 25 and homeless under McKinney-Vento Act; Category 4 - Fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence with no where to go and no resources. Referral required.
