General Information
Description of ProgramOffers courses to help you earn your CCNA certification. The CCNA certification validates the ability to install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot medium-size routed and switched networks. CCNA certified professionals have the knowledge and skills to make connections to remote sites via a wide area network (WAN), mitigate basic security threats, and understand the requirements for wireless network access. Sample course offerings include: Computer Communication and Networking; Introduction to Cisco Networking and Advanced Cisco Networking. The following courses are taught by a Cisco-certified instructor in a computer lab environment which provides students hands-on-experience on the following equipment: Cisco Packet Tracer Simulator; Linksys Wireless Router; Cisco 1841 Integrated Services Route and Cisco Catalyst 2960-24TT - Switch - 24 ports.
