Description of ServiceAssists teen and young adults in obtaining insurance through the Family Planning Benefit Program (FPBP). FPBP is a NYS Medicaid program that provides health care coverage for confidential family planning services including gyn care, pap smears, birth control, emergency contraception, laboratory tests related to family planning services and STD/HIV testing.
