General Information
Description of ServiceProvides evidence-based education programs, workshops and trainings to Nassau and Suffolk County schools, parents, staff, professionals, youth groups and community centers. Offers information on a variety of substance use, abuse, dependence and related issues such as communication, stress and anger management. Programs are scheduled as needed both off and on-site by appointment.

EligibilityNassau or Suffolk County K-12 schools, parents, college students; Interested organizations must complete a Request for Presentation form (found on website), can be e-mailed or faxed by calling (516)747-2606.

Hours of Operation M-F 9am-5pm; Sat 9am-4pm; Sunday as needed
