General Information
Description of ServiceProvides 12 co-ed beds to youth in need of either a diagnostic evaluation, emergency placement, or a crisis/preventive respite stay. The youth are supervised 24 hours a day in a professionally staffed setting and are engaged in an academic program during the school year. Evaluations provided include psychological, psychiatric, psychosocial, and substance abuse risk assessments as needed.

Client Information
EligibilityAdolescent males and females ages 13-17 years old at the time of intake. Referrals can be made through the Department of Social Services (Nassau/Suffolk), Probation (Nassau/Suffolk), Family Court (Nassau/Suffolk), the Crisis Respite Bed Network.
