Description of ServiceProvides services to prevent out of home placement for children whose families are referred by Nassau County DSS.. Outreach services include assessment of family concerns, intensive counseling, clinical services including individual and family therapy, referral to other necessary agencies, advocacy, parent education/groups, social/educational activities for the whole family.
