General Information
Description of ProgramProvides a single point of access for children (ages 5-18 years) who require enhanced mental health services. Offers a centralized, coordinated process using a universal referral form. The child and family are involved in all aspects of the referral process including program determinations. Includes community based in home and residential programs. Referral required.
