General Information
Description of ProgramMaintains and enhances pedestrian and vehicular safety through education and timely adjudication of parking, red light camera, vehicle and traffic law violations. Trials are Monday-Friday set by the Hearing Officer with no admittance after 11:15am for morning sessions and no admittance after 3:30pm for afternoon sessions. Holds a special Veterans Docket Day designed to give special consideration to U.S. military veterans on the third Friday of every month that are aimed to help veterans lift or avoid driver license suspensions and reduce or withdraw traffic tickets.

Client Information
EligibilityFor Veterans Docket Day, must be an honorably discharged or current veterans who have pending traffic, parking or red light camera citations before the Suffolk Traffic and Parking Violations Agency.

Hours of OperationM-F 9:00am-4:30pm (Payments); 9:00-10:30am & 2:00pm-3:00pm (Conferences); Trial Sessions no admittance after 11:15am(morning) 3:30pm (afternoon)
