Description of ServiceOffers a socialization and recovery program to Nassau County residents with severe mental illness, ages 18 and older. Provides opportunities in a "club house setting" for individuals to improve socialization skills, physical, emotional and spiritual health and decision making, reduce symptoms, maintain sobriety, and learn technology skills. call for additional information.

Client Information
EligibilityNassau County residents ages 18 and older, must have SMI diagnosis, be able to travel by public transportation, be co-enrolled in a clinic program (ACT team, Article 31 clinic), can't be enrolled in a PROS program. Appointment required.
