General Information
Description of ServiceOffers individuals with mental illness the opportunity to receive support from someone who has lived the experience.
The peer advocates facilitate support groups in local hospitals as well as provide support to individuals. There is a sincere genuineness and understanding that is involved in this type of support and it allows individuals to begin thinking about their recovery journey. The peers are trained in evidence based practices and offer a great sense of hope and empowerment for a brighter future.
