General Information
Description of ServiceProvides after court interviews to custodial and non-custodial parents on their newly ordered child support from Family Court. Provides parents with necessary forms and information on the child support process. Refers underemployed or unemployed non-custodial parents to Department of Labor for job assistance, training and resume writing. Free monthly seminar to all non-custodial parents explaining their legal rights and responsibilities.

EligibilityMust have court ordered Child Support through the Child Support Enforcement Bureau. Appointment required. On site childcare for Family Court only.
