General Information
Description of ServiceTrains and provides guide dogs to people who are blind or visually impaired. Each person must complete a 25 day in-residence training program at the Foundation. Each graduate receives a dog, its equipment, a comprehensive training program and after-care services without charge.

Client Information
EligibilityLegally blind, over 16 years of age, applicants must complete application packet, have orientation and mobility skills. Packet describes specific eligibility criteria.
 
Fees or Charges
Types of FeesFree. Consumer must pay for veterinary care and dog food. Income restrictions apply.
