General Information
Description of ServiceProvides housing and supportive services aimed at assisting clients who have a psychiatric disability to maintain themselves in the community. Serves Nassau County residents 18 and over with a primary psychiatric diagnosis. For certain locations, individuals must also meet HUD requirements for homelessness. Referral required. OASAS program-primary substance abuse diagnosis and subsequent hospitalization in addition to homelessness.
