General Information
Description of ServiceOffers a 15 credit certificate program which has as its purpose the successful management of human resources in support of organizational effectiveness. It is designed to provide specialized study of such personnel management activities as work analysis, staffing, training and development, employee appraisal, compensation, enhancement of work environment, and personnel law and labor relations. Sample course offerings include: Process of Management; Organizational Behavior; Human Resources Management; Human Resources Law and Advanced Human Resources Management. This program is also available as an online course. For more information call for a catalog or speak with an admissions counselor for specific requirements applicable to the certificate programs.
