General Information
Description of ServiceThe Office of Pollution Control is comprised of three bureaus, Inspection Services, Environmental Engineering and Enforcement. The Office is responsible for enforcing pollution laws pertaining to the storage of toxic and hazardous materials, waste water treatment, pollution remediation. The Office serves as a resource regarding questions on indoor air quality, solid waste disposal, recycling and pollution prevention.
