Description of ServiceProvides inpatient care to the terminally ill at Hospice House. Care includes: Therapists, Registered Nurses, Clinical Dieticians, Pastoral Care, Social Workers, Volunteers and Nurses Aides.

Client Information
EligibilityTerminally ill patients who can no longer be cared for at home for either clinical, psychosocial, or safety reasons. An assessment will be made by a hospice Nurse or Medical Doctor prior to admission to the home. Appointment and Referral Required.
