SPECIAL EDUCATION-MEDIATION-request through school district for issues including placement, related services, evaluations, etc. EARLY INTERVENTION-referred by the NYS Department of Health for children between birth to three for issues including assessments, medical needs, etc. ACCESS-VR for individuals receiving services through NYS ED. SURROGATE DECISION MAKING COMMITTEE PROGRAM-for individuals with mental disabilities who have no legal surrogate and who need non-emergency major medical or dental care. YOUTH DEVELOPMENT SERVICES-provide peer mediation, diversity, and character education training. LEMON LAW ARBITRATION-for consumers owning new and used automobiles, motorized wheelchairs, leased automobiles. AGRICULTURAL MEDIATION PROGRAM-for farmers, agribusiness and agricultural community involving loans, debt, family succession, and farm business plan.
