The purpose of these programs is to develop an integrated services delivery system through which existing resources are coordinated and made available to children and youth, their parents and family members at or near the school site.

Offers schools site-based crisis and substance abuse services, consultations, professional development programs and thematic presentations. Maintains an interactive informational and educational website focusing on mental health and substance abuse issues, for use by school staff, students, and families.
