MOTHER AND CHILD PROGRAMOffers a 16 Adult bed residential treatment facility for pregnant and postpartum women and their infants up to two years of age. The MAC program enables pregnant substance abusers to receive treatment without having to be separated from their children. Treatment services include intensive individual, group and family counseling, structured socialization and vocational/educational training. In addition, the women receive instructions on pre-natal care, Lamaze, and parenting skills. While the women are involved in treatment activities, the children are cared for by certified child care workers in the program's on-site Child Development Center.
