    Programs that provide opportunities for people of all ages to learn, become competitive in and enjoy football. The programs may provide coaching assistance to help participants play efficiently and work together as a team, and are often organized into leagues, i.e., groups of teams that are formed to play one another in organized competitions. Access to a football field and necessary equipment, uniforms, if necessary, and referees for games may also be available.

    FLAG FOOTBALL CAMPOffers a camp that is designed to create an atmosphere that encourages all players grades 3-9 to learn and develop fundamental Football skills in a non-contact environment. The program takes place on campus at Farmingdale State College utilizing the collegiate athletic facilities. Campers will learn techniques to help them excel such as passing, receiving, and footwork in addition to speed and agility work to help with their physical literacy. Offensive and Defensive principles will be addressed as campers continue to ‘learn the game’ and develop their understanding of team concepts and sportsmanship. Scrimmages will be up to 7v7 on a 30x60 yard field following typical ‘flag football’ rules. A balanced day of skills training, competitions and supplemental recreational activities ensures campers have a perfect blend of instruction and fun. Future Stars Summer Camps programs at Farmingdale State College are permitted to operate by Suffolk County Dept.of.Health. All programs take place on campus. Campers have the option to enjoy a daily lunch program with hot and cold menu choices as they eat in the comfortable air-conditioned cafeteria.     FOOTBALL CAMPCamps offered include the Priore One Day at Stony Brook University which is open to any and all players entering 9th grade through 12th grade. It is our goal at the Chuck Priore Football Camp to improve a young man’s performance on the football field through quality individual instruction. Under the guidance of Head Coach Chuck Priore and the Seawolves Football Staff, each young man will learn sound football fundamentals. The camp features intensive fundamental instruction at every position, speed training, and allows these young men to display competitiveness and football ability.     PIONEER SPORTS ACADEMYOffers summer sports camps. The Pioneer Sports Academy upholds the same extraordinary standards as the C.W. Post Summer Day Camp. The program falls under the umbrella of C.W. Post Youth Camps and is licensed by the New York State Health Department and accredited by the American Camping Association. All sports camps will be led by the coaches of the C.W. Post Pioneer Athletics Division II Teams and their assistants; the entire program will be overseen and developed by the Director of Youth Programs.
