The CRC Elder Concerns gives support in the decision making process regarding health concerns and the transition to assisted living or nursing homes.     DISABILITY PEER COUNSELING PROGRAMPeer counseling is provided by individuals who have personal experience with a disability. Discussion groups and individual sessions allow participants to share experiences and feelings concerning disability issues in an open and supportive environment.
