    ROBERT SANSONE INTERMEDIATE CARE FACILITY (ICF)Provides specialized residential opportunities for people with severe developmental and/or medical issues. Individuals living in an ICF often have a severe secondary medical component related to their developmental disability, and therefore each ICF has a NYS licensed Physician, RN/LPN, Physical and Occupational therapy, speech therapy, social work, and nutrition. Each resident's distinctive therapeutic needs are met with a homelike setting. Our residential staff is part of a multidisciplinary team that helps to determine an individualized program for each ICF resident. The team members also assure that the program is properly implemented. This promotes independence in self-care, independent living, communications, and the use of recreational and leisure times.
