    PARENT SERVICESProvides free child care resources and referrals to parents or guardians who need child care, an overview of available options, consumer education, information on financial assistance, and resource development and recruitment. The department maintains a comprehensive NACCRRAware provider database for child care resource and referrals. Parent Services Department's Director is also oversees and coordinates the Legally Exempt Enrollment Program, which is responsible for all legally exempt enrollments.
