    ELECTRONIC SURVEILLANCEProvides the closest supervision possible next to incarceration when combined with Probation Supervision. Referrals may come at time of pre-sentence investigation. Program may also be used for probation violators. Potential candidates must be screened in advance by Probation.     THERAPEUTIC GROUP HOMES PROGRAMOffers therapeutic community based residential treatment for youth. Services include medical/dental care, individual, group and family therapy, substance abuse risk assessment and counseling. Each youth has an individualized care plan and addresses academic needs, mental health needs, substance abuse needs and skills necessary to work toward self sufficiency. Each of the homes are supervised 24 hours per day and the staff includes MSW's, Residential Counselors and Bachelor's level professionals.
